Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Step 3 –In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, the chocolate pudding, and the cocoa powder.

Step 4 –Add the milk to the cake mixture and stir until just combined.

Step 5 –Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.

Step 6 –Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the cake.

Step 7 –Bake the cake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.

Step 8 –Slice the cake or use a cookie cutter to cut it into even circles.

Step 9 –Serve.
