Ingredients
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 heaping tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup extra-light olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

For the salad:
- 24 ounces chopped salad mix or coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions
Step 1 –In a small bowl, combine the white wine vinegar and the honey.
Step 2 –Whisk the olive oil into the honey mixture.
Step 3 –Season the dressing with the salt and the pepper.
