  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 pounds ham, fully-cooked and sliced about 1/2-inch-thick
  • 1 1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered, cooked
  • fresh parsley leaves, to taste, snipped

Step 1 –In a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.

Step 2 –Add the ham and brown it on both sides until heated through, about 3 minutes per side.

Step 3 –Move the ham to one side of the skillet.

Step 4 –Add the potatoes to the empty side of the skillet and brown until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 5 –Sprinkle the potatoes with the parsley.

Step 6 –Serve.
