Ingredients
- 1/4 cup barbeque sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 large spinach flour tortillas
- 12 ounces chicken, roasted or grilled, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli slaw mix
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Directions
Step 1 –Spread the barbeque sauce and the mayonnaise evenly over each of the tortillas, leaving a 1/4-inch border around the perimeter.
Step 2 –Arrange the chicken slices on top of the barbeque sauce and the mayonnaise, followed by the broccoli slaw and the almonds.
Step 3 –On one of the tortillas, fold the flap nearest to you over the filling, then fold in the sides.
Step 4 –Roll the tortilla away from you, keeping it tight to form a burrito.
Step 5 –Rest the roll-up seam-side down.
Step 6 –Repeat the folding process with the remaining tortilla.
Step 7 –Cut in half and serve.
