Easy Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs, whisked
  • 6 slices bacon, diced and cooked
  • 2 slices bread, cubed
  • 1/3 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, optional, minced, or to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 –Stir the cheddar, eggs, bacon, bread, red bell pepper, green onion, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl, mixing until well combined.

Step 4 –Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Step 5 –Bake until the eggs are set, for about 20-25 minutes.
