Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cups frozen breaded chicken breasts, cooked according to the package instructions
- rice, optional, to taste, cooked and warm, for serving
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted, for garnish

Directions
Step 1 –In a small pan over medium heat, add the honey, the soy sauce, the sesame oil, the rice wine vinegar, the light brown sugar, and the garlic and bring to a boil.
Step 2 –Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook the sauce until it has slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 3 –Add the cooked chicken to a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
Step 4 –Serve the chicken with the rice, garnished with the sesame seeds.
