Ingredients

For the creamy dressing:

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste

For the salad:

  • 12 ounces small pasta noodles
  • 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • 12 ounces thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Directions

Step 1 –In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, the olive oil, the vinegar, the sugar, the salt, the garlic powder, the onion powder, and the black pepper until combined.

Step 2 –Refrigerate the dressing until ready to use.

Step 3 –Cook the pasta noodles to al dente according to the package directions.

Step 4 –Drain and rinse the noodles.

Step 5 –Add the pasta, the peas, the bacon, and the parmesan to a large bowl.

Step 6 –Add the dressing and stir everything together until evenly coated in the dressing.

Step 7 –Serve immediately or cover the pasta bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours.
