Ingredients
- 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 3 large Roma tomatoes, diced
- 2 (11-ounce) cans whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
- 2 cups chicken, cooked, shredded or diced
- 1 1/2 cups Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 3/4 cup French dressing
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Southwest tortilla strips or chips

Directions
Step 1 –In a large bowl, layer 1/2 of the lettuce and 1/2 of the spinach.
Step 2 –Layer in the tomatoes, the corn, the chicken, the remaining lettuce, and the remaining spinach.
Step 3 –Top the spinach with the cheese.
Step 4 –In a small bowl, mix the salsa and the French dressing together.
Step 5 –Pour the dressing mixture over the top of the cheese.
Step 6 –Garnish the salad with the cilantro, the green onions, and the tortilla strips.
Step 7 –Serve.
