Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
Step 1 –In a large bowl, whisk the flour, the sugar, the baking powder, and the salt together.
Step 2 –Make a well in the center of the flour mixture, adding the milk, the vegetable oil, and the egg into the well, and then mix until smooth.
Step 3 –Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter per pancake, in batches, on a lightly oiled grill or frying pan over medium-high heat and cook, until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 4 –Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook until the other side is browned, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 5 –Serve.
