We have a ball in the fall, so we thought we’d make a treat to symbolize that! These Fall Balls are just so much fun. With creamy peanut butter as the base, these crispy, crunchy spheres are filled with sweet apple flavors to really give off those autumn vibes we love so much. They’re a breeze to roll together, and so easy to pull out to snack on. Plus, they’re pretty nutritious, so you can gain all the energy you need to participate in all your favorite fall activities! Having a delicious treat like Fall Balls is such a blast! You’ll definitely “fall” for them!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups rice and wheat cereal flakes, such as Kellogg’s® Special K® Original
- 1/3 cup dried apples, broken into small pieces
- 1/8 teaspoon apple pie spice
Directions
Step 1 –In a large bowl, add the peanut butter and the honey and stir them together.
Step 2 –Add the cereal, the dried apples, and the apple pie spice to the peanut butter mixture and stir to combine.
Step 3 –Chill the apple mixture until it is easy to handle, about 1 hour.
Step 4 –Shape the apple mixture into 15 balls.
Step 5 –Serve the apple balls and store the leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
