- 1 cup cranberry sauce

Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 –Generously coat a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3 –Using the extra flour, lightly dust a work surface. Then, place the puff pastry on the floured surface and use a rolling pin to roll it into a 10×15-inch rectangle.
Step 4 –Use a sharp knife or pizza wheel to cut the puff pastry dough rectangle into 24 2-1/2-inch squares, 4 rows of 6 squares.
Step 5 –Carefully add 1 of the puff pastry squares into each of the prepared muffin cups.
Step 6 –Add 1 piece of the Brie cheese to each cup and top each with 2 teaspoons of the cranberry sauce.
Step 7 –Tightly cover the muffin tin with plastic wrap and refrigerate, about 15 minutes.
Step 8 –Discard the plastic wrap from the muffin tin and bake until the cheese has melted and the pastry is golden, about 16-18 minutes.
Step 9 –Transfer the bites to a wire rack and let them cool in the muffin tin, about 10 minutes.
Step 10 –Serve.
