Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork chops (6 4-ounce portions)

Directions
Step 1 –Adjust the oven rack to the middle position.
Step 2 –Preheat the broiler on high.
Step 3 –Spray a broiler pan with a tray or a baking dish with cooking spray.
