Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen vegetables
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- other seasonings, optional, of your choice, to taste
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place a baking sheet in the oven while it heats up.
Step 2 –In a mixing bowl, toss the frozen vegetables with olive oil.
Step 3 –Season with salt, pepper, and other seasonings.
Step 4 –Spread the vegetables in a single layer on the hot baking sheet.
Step 5 –Roast for 15 minutes.
Step 6 –Stir the vegetables and return them to the oven.
Step 7 –Roast until the edges are golden brown and crisp, about 10-15 minutes. Some vegetables may be done after the initial roasting, so keep an eye on them.
