Frozen Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets
  • olive oil, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • onion powder, to taste
  • parmesan cheese, optional, to taste, for topping

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3 –Arrange the frozen broccoli on the parchment paper, making sure not to overlap. The broccoli does not need to thaw.

Step 4 –Glaze the frozen broccoli with the olive oil.

Step 5 –Top the broccoli with equal parts of the salt, garlic powder, pepper, and onion powder.

Step 6 –Roast the broccoli until crisped to desired texture, about 15-20 minutes.

Step 7 –Transfer the roasted broccoli from the oven.

Step 8 –Top the broccoli with parmesan cheese.

Step 9 –Serve.
