Ingredients

  • 2 (14.5-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chicken broth
  • 2 cups quick-cooking rice, uncooked
  • 4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 1/2 sleeves buttery crackers, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a large bowl, stir the cream of chicken soup, the water, the sour cream, the buffalo sauce, and the chicken broth together.

Step 3 –Stir the rice into the filling mixture and stir to combine.

Step 4 –Stir the chicken into the filling mixture.

Step 5 –Spread the chicken mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
