Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, and pounded to an even thickness
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic, finely minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, optional, for garnishing

Step 2 –Add the seasoned chicken to a large skillet over medium-high heat on the stovetop.

Step 5 –Remove the chicken with a slotted spatula, setting it on a plate to rest.
Step 6 –Carefully deglaze your skillet by adding the chicken broth, allowing the liquid to steam and bubble up violently for a couple of seconds.
Step 7 –Add in the butter, stirring continuously, and allowing it to melt for 1 minute.
Step 8 –Add in the garlic, letting it cook for 1 minute, continuously stirring until fragrant.
Step 9 –Turn the heat off, then add the chicken back into the skillet.
Step 10 –Flip the chicken in the garlic butter sauce, coating it in the sauce.
Step 11 –Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
