Now, Glazed Lamb Chops might sound fancy, and sure, they taste like you’ve just sat down at the highest-end, most expensive restaurant in town. But what the name doesn’t suggest is that they’re actually extremely simple to make and only take 25 minutes to do so. All that’s required is to create a sweet, pomegranate-flavored glaze, smother it all over your lamb chops, and then grill them up! Easy-peasy and much more cost-effective. So don’t be intimated by Glazed Lamb Chops, there’s no “wolf in sheep’s clothing” here!

- 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Step 2 –In a small bowl, whisk the oil, the pomegranate molasses, the maple syrup, the garlic, and the dry mustard together.
Step 3 –Season the lamb chops with the salt and the pepper, then generously brush both sides of each lamb chop with the glaze. Reserve any of the remaining glaze.
