Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 (14-ounce) can corn kernels, drained
- 2 (14.75-ounce) cans cream-style corn
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease a 2-quart casserole dish or an 8×8-inch baking pan.
Step 3 –In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
Step 4 –Add the melted butter, sugar, and milk. If the melted butter is too hot it could cook the eggs and ruin the pudding, so make sure it is fully cooled before mixing it in.
Step 5 –Add the cornstarch and whisk.
Step 6 –Add the corn kernels and cream-style corn and stir until fully combined.
Step 7 –Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish or baking pan.
Step 8 –Bake for 1 hour.
Step 9 –Serve warm!
