Ingredients
- 16 ounces plain Greek yogurt
- 1 (10-ounce) container roasted red pepper hummus
- 1/4 red onion, minced
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomato, chopped
- 1 cup red bell pepper, roasted and chopped
- 5 peppadew peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Optional, for serving:
- dippers, such as carrots, pita chips, or crackers, of your choice
Directions
Step 1 –Spread the Greek yogurt on the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish.
Step 2 –Spread the hummus evenly on top of the yogurt.
Step 3 –Sprinkle the red onions, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, peppadew peppers, feta cheese, and parsley on top of the hummus.
Step 4 –Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
