Ingredients
- 16 ounces short pasta
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 3/4 English cucumber, diced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, pitted
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed
Directions
Step 1 –Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2 –Drain the pasta and set it aside.
Step 3 –In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 4 –In a large salad bowl, toss the pasta, dressing, cucumber, tomatoes, black olives, and feta cheese together.
Step 5 –Refrigerate and serve cold.
