Ingredients
- 2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- olive oil, to taste, for oiling the grill grates
- 1 cup barbecue sauce, plus more, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -Prepare the grill for indirect medium heat.
Step 2 -Season the pork tenderloins evenly with the garlic powder, the salt, and the pepper.
Step 3 -Oil the grates with the olive oil. Ensure you have a drip pan positioned under the pork.
Step 4 -Place the pork on the grill and cook over indirect heat for 30 minutes.
Step 5 -Brush the tenderloins evenly with 1 cup of the barbecue sauce and cook until an internal meat thermometer reads 145 degrees F, about 15 minutes.
Step 6 -Remove the tenderloins from the grill and allow them to rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes.
Step 7 -Slice the pork and serve with the extra barbecue sauce.
