Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 8 (1 inch thick) pork chops

Directions

Step 1 –Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a shallow pan.

Step 2 –Add the pork chops and toss well with the mixture to coat evenly.
