Ingredients

  • 1 pound chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pound vanilla-flavored candy coating, melted

Directions

Step 1 –Line a tray or baking sheet with the parchment paper.

Step 2 –In a large bowl, add the cookie crumbs and the cream cheese and mix well.

Step 3 –Form the cookie mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4 –Freeze the balls until set, about 20-30 minutes.

Step 5 –Dip the cookie balls into the melted candy coating.

Step 6 –Allow the coated balls to cool on a flat surface covered with wax paper.

Step 7 –Refrigerate until ready to eat.

Step 8 –Serve.
