Homemade Sticky Buns

Sure, you can buy sticky buns from the store, but they won’t stick in your memory like Homemade Sticky Buns! These buns are lick-your-fingers sweet with their crunchy pecan and caramel-rich topping. The doughs are fluffy and perfect for delivering every drop of the topping to your eager taste buds. Homemade Sticky Buns will remind you of childhood, home, and all your favorite memories!

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 12 frozen yeast dinner roll dough, thawed

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease 12 muffin cups and set aside.

Step 3 –Combine the butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, and pecans.

Step 4 –Spoon the mixture into the bottom of the prepared muffin cups.

Step 5 –Place 1 of the dinner roll dough pieces on the pecan mixture in each muffin cup.

Step 6 –Cover the muffin tin and let the dough rise in a warm place until rolls double in size, about 30 minutes.

Step 7 –Bake until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.

Step 8 –Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 1 minute.

Step 9 –Invert the muffin tin onto wax paper.

Step 10 –Serve warm.
