Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves, boneless, cooked, and diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 (4.5-ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons onion, grated
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups potato chips, crushed
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 3 –In a large bowl mix the chicken, the celery, the water chestnuts, the mushrooms, the mayonnaise, the lemon juice, the salt, the onion, and the almonds.
Step 4 –Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
