Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 pounds seedless red grapes
- 2 pounds seedless green grapes
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar, for topping
- 3 tablespoons pecans, optional, chopped, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 –In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, the sour cream, the sugar, and the vanilla.
Step 2 –Add the red grapes and the green grapes to the sour cream mixture and toss to coat.
Step 3 –Transfer the grape mixture to a bowl.
Step 4 –Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Step 5 –Sprinkle the grape mixture with the brown sugar and the pecans.
