Irish Pub Float

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 2 cups stout beer, such as Guinness®
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Equally divide the ice cream between two glasses, then evenly top the glasses with the beer.

Step 2 –Serve the floats, drizzled with the chocolate syrup.
