The Jane Fonda Salad is a delicious vegetarian dish that cuts to The Chase with crisp apples, crunchy pecans, sharp goat cheese, and a tangy dressing. Coming Home to the Jane Fonda Salad is a real treat, and it’s perfect for a light meal, a side, or a snack for your Book Club, because it’s light, easy, and speedy!

Ingredients
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1 Granny Smith apple or Bosc pear, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pecans, toasted or glazed
- 2 ounces soft goat cheese or feta cheese, crumbled
- 10 tablespoons apple cider vinegar dressing or similar vinaigrette

Directions
Step 1 –Place the mixed greens on a platter.
Step 2 –Top the greens with the pomegranate seeds, the shallot, the apple, the pecans, and the goat cheese.
Step 3 –Toss the salad with the dressing.
Step 4 –Serve.
