Ingredients
- 1 ounce grapefruit cordial
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce Campari
- 1/2 ounce chile liqueur
- ice, for chilling and enough to fill a glass
- club soda, to taste
- tajin, optional, for garnish
- lime, optional, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 –In a cocktail shaker, add the grapefruit cordial, lime juice, Campari, and chile liqueur.
Step 2 –Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 3 –Return the lid to the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Step 4 –Fill your desired glass with ice.
Step 5 –Strain the liquid into the glass.
Step 6 –Top with the club soda and garnish with a tajin and lime.
Step 7 –Serve!
