Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 (4-ounce) pork loin chops, boneless
- mashed potatoes, optional, for serving
- green peas, optional, for serving
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 –Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Step 3 –Place the milk in a shallow bowl.
Step 4 –In a separate shallow bowl, toss the bread crumbs with the parmesan cheese, salt, and garlic powder.
