Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemons rinds, finely shredded
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage, crushed

  • 4 pork loin chops, about 1 1/4-inches-thick
