Ingredients

• 2 cups reduced-fat sour cream
• 2 cups reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
• 8 center-cut bacon or turkey bacon strips, cooked, chopped
• 1/3 cup fresh chives, minced
• 2 teaspoons Louisiana-style hot sauce
• waffle-cut fries, to taste, cooked and hot, for serving
