Oh, yeah! Loaded Crescents! Buttery crescent rolls have always been a huge hit at parties, but now they come with extra flavorful fun baked in! Each roll is stuffed with savory sausage, spicy tomatoes and chiles, and rich cream cheese, making a hearty and wholesome snack that will leave you wanting seconds, thirds, and even fourths! There’s no way not to love these Loaded Crescents!

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-pound) roll breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained very well
  • 2 (8-ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a large bowl, add the sausage, the cream cheese, and the tomatoes with green chilies and mix to combine.

Step 3 –Open the crescent roll cans and separate the rolls into their perforated triangles.

Step 4 –Cut each triangle in half lengthwise, making 2 triangles from each.

Step 5 –Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the sausage filling onto each triangle.

Step 6 –Roll the triangles up.

Step 7 –Place the triangles on a baking sheet and bake until golden-brown, about 15 minutes.

Step 8 –Serve hot.
