Ingredients

  • 10 cups broccoli florets
  • 6 cups seedless red grapes
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/3 cups slivered almonds, toasted

Directions

Step 1 –In a large salad bowl, combine the broccoli, the grapes, the celery, and the onions.

Step 2 –In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, the sugar, and the vinegar.

Step 3 –Pour the mayo mixture over the veggie mixture and toss to coat.

Step 4 –Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 4 hours and up to overnight.

Step 5 –Gently stir the bacon and the almonds into the salad.

Step 6 –Serve.
