  • 1 (12-ounce) package frozen cranberries, rinsed and drained
  • 1 orange, unpeeled, seeded, cut into eighths
  • 1 cup sugar


Step 1 -Place half of the cranberries and half of the oranges into a food processor.

Step 2 -Process the cranberries and the oranges in the food processor until the mixture is evenly and nicely chopped.

Step 3 -Move the mixture to a large bowl.

Step 4 -Then, repeat the process with the remaining oranges and the remaining cranberries and add it to the large bowl.

Step 5 -Stir in the sugar, making sure all of the fruit is saturated with the sugar.

Step 6 -Store in the refrigerator before serving.
