Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken, cooked, shredded or diced
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon chicken base
  • 6 green onions, diced
  • 8 ounces Colby-Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.

Step 3 –In a large bowl, add the cooked chicken, the cream cheese, the sour cream, the cream of chicken soup, the chicken base, and the green onions and mix to combine.

Step 4 –Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Step 5 –Sprinkle the cheese and the bacon over the top of the chicken mixture.

Step 6 –Bake the casserole until the edges are bubbling and the cheese has melted and started to brown, about 40-50 minutes.

Step 7 –Serve warm.
