Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons dashi granules
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 (8-ounce) package silken tofu, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced diagonally into 1/2-inch pieces

Directions

Step 1 –In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the dashi granules and the water.

Step 2 –Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat to medium.

Step 3 –Whisk in the miso paste until fully combined and stir in the tofu.

Step 4 –Separate the layers of the green onions and add them to the soup.

Step 5 –Gently simmer the soup for 2-3 minutes before serving.
