Ingredients
For the dip:
- 8 ounces goat cheese, softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons honey
- fresh mint leaves, to taste, for garnish
For serving:
- fresh berries, such as raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries, to taste
- crackers, of your choice, to taste
- cheese slices, of your choice, to taste

Directions
Step 1 –In a medium bowl, add the goat cheese, the cream cheese, and the honey. Use an electric hand mixer to beat, starting on low speed and gradually increasing to high speed, until it is light and smooth.
Step 2 –Pour the dip mixture into a serving dish and garnish with the fresh mint.
Step 3 –Serve the dip with the berries, the crackers, and the cheese slices.
