Ingredients
- 1 (10-13-ounce) package mini croissants, chopped
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups milk
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Step 3 –Place the croissant pieces in the prepared pan.
Step 4 –Sprinkle the croissant pieces with the chocolate chips.
Step 5 –In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese, the sugar, the eggs, and the vanilla together until well blended.
Step 6 –Add the milk to the cream cheese mixture and mix until combined.
Step 7 –Pour the cream cheese mixture over the croissant pieces.
Step 8 –Let the coated croissant pieces stand for 20 minutes or cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 9 –Bake, uncovered, until the center is set, about 35-40 minutes.
Step 10 –Serve warm.
