Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 small apple, peeled and thinly sliced into 24 pieces
  • 6 thin slices Gouda cheese, quartered
  • 24 miniature smoked sausages
  • honey mustard salad dressing, optional, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line one or two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 3 –Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into eight triangles.

Step 4 –Cut each of the triangles into three thin triangles.

Step 5 –On the wide ends of the triangles, place 1 of the apple slices, 1 of the quartered Gouda cheese slices, and 1 of the sausages.

Step 6 –Roll the triangles up tightly and place them 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheets.

Step 7 –Bake the rolls until they are golden-brown, about 10-12 minutes.

Step 8 –Serve the rolls with the dressing.
