- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 2 cups ham, cooked and diced
- 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 tablespoons pimiento, diced
- 1 tablespoon onion powder or 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup American cheese, shredded
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 –In an ungreased 2-quart casserole, gradually stir the milk into the cream of celery soup.
Step 3 –Stir the ham, the macaroni, the mushrooms, the pimiento, and the onion into the milk mixture.
