- 2 pounds of pork tenderloin
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice, plus orange slices for garnish

- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease a large baking sheet.
Step 3 –Arrange the tenderloin on the baking sheet with the orange slices tucked under the edges.
Step 4 –Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper.
Step 5 –In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring the orange juice, brown sugar, garlic, and Italian seasoning to a boil.
