Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley leaves, divided
  • 2 pounds chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line a baking tray with aluminum foil.

Step 3 –Put the parmesan cheese, ranch dressing seasoning, and 1 tablespoon of the dried parsley leaves onto a large plate or a shallow dish. Use a fork to then mix all of the ingredients fully.

Step 4 –Using another fork, dip each side of the chicken tenders into the melted butter and the parmesan cheese mixture, making sure that all sides are fully coated.

Step 5 –Move the coated chicken tenders onto the prepared lined baking tray, placing the chicken tenders about 1/2 inch apart from each other.

Step 6 –When all of the chicken has been fully coated and put on the baking tray, bake the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F when checked with a meat thermometer, about 23-35 minutes.

Step 7 –Turn on the broiler and cook the tops of the chicken, keeping a close eye on them and pulling them out when they are golden brown, about 3 minutes.
