Ingredients
For the pie:
- 2 ounces white baking chocolate, melted
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
- 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 1 (3.3-ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
For topping:
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 fresh strawberries, halved lengthwise
Directions
Step 1 –Spread the melted chocolate onto the bottom and the sides of the crust.
Step 2 –Arrange 3/4 cup of the sliced strawberries over the chocolate.
Step 3 –In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and the confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
Step 4 –Gradually beat in the milk.
Step 5 –Add the pudding mix and beat on low speed until thickened, about 2 minutes.
Step 6 –Spread the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry layer in the pie crust.
Step 7 –Decorate the pie with the whipped topping, the blueberries, and the remaining halved strawberries.
Step 8 –Refrigerate until ready to serve.
