Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3 (5-ounce) cans tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons pickles, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons white onion, minced
- 4 large eggs, hard-boiled, diced
- sea salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- bread, optional, to taste, for serving
- fresh herbs, optional, to taste, chopped, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 –In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, the Dijon, the parsley, and the paprika and whisk with a fork until smooth and combined.
Step 2 –Add the tuna, the celery, the pickles, and the onions to the mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine, making sure to break up any large pieces of tuna.
