Ingredients
- 1/2 head green cabbage, cut into 4 wedges
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- garlic powder, to taste
- red pepper flakes, to taste
- salt, to taste
- ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 lemons, halved

Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2 –Brush both sides of each of the cabbage wedges with the olive oil.
Step 3 –Season the cabbage wedges with the garlic powder, the red pepper flakes, the salt, and the pepper.
Step 4 –Arrange the cabbage wedges on a baking sheet.
Step 5 –Roast the cabbage wedges in the oven for 15 minutes.
