Directions
Step 1 –Place the chicken breasts in a pan.
Step 2 –Add the water or broth to the pan, ensuring the chicken is fully submerged.
Step 3 –Add the salt to the pan.
Step 4 –Bring the liquid to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
Step 5 –Turn the heat to low and cover the pan.
Step 6 –Simmer the chicken mixture until an instant thermometer inserted is 165 degrees F, about 10 minutes.
