Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound yellow or red potatoes, washed and sliced into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Directions
