Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard or whole-grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 12 Hawaiian rolls, dinner rolls, or slider buns
- 12 slices deli ham, folded
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese or cheddar cheese, sliced
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -In a small bowl, add 4 tablespoons of the melted butter, the Dijon mustard, the Worcestershire sauce, the poppy seeds, and the dried onion and stir to combine.
Step 3 -Cut the rolls in half horizontally, separating the top from the bottom, but leaving the individual rolls intact.
Step 4 -Use a pastry brush to coat the insides of the top rolls and the bottom rolls with the remaining melted butter.
Step 5 -In a 9×13-inch baking dish, add the bottom rolls and layer with the ham slices and the cheese slices.
Step 6 -Place the top rolls on the cheese layer and coat with seasoned butter mixture.
Step 7 -Bake the sliders until the cheese has melted and the roll tops are lightly brown, about 20 minutes.
Step 8 -Serve warm.
