Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) jar roasted garlic Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (16-ounce) package potato gnocchi
- 3 cups fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
- 4 teaspoons prepared pesto
Directions
Step 1 –In a large saucepan, combine the Alfredo sauce, the water, the chicken, the Italian seasoning, the salt, and the pepper.
Step 2 –Bring the mixture to a gentle boil on the stove top and stir occasionally.
Step 3 –Stir the gnocchi and the spinach into the Alfredo mixture and cook until the gnocchi floats, about 3-8 minutes.
Step 4 –Top each serving with the pesto.
Step 5 –Serve.
